Andrea Lux was wonderful to work with - she was knowledgeable, responsive to our needs and had great communication skills! I would definitely use her again! Your Title Company however, was less than stellar, and at least in my opinion cast a less than impressive light on your company. Communication was poor - information was scarce and it introduced a heightened sense of anxiety throughout the sales process. I am a former business woman and I understand everyone has off days but it really seemed like your whole Title Company team was having several bad days leaving me with very little confidence the closing was going to go well. We did have a successful Closing but I believe it was only through the assistance of Andrea Lux tying up lots of loose ends.
